Ping Extension into ADC

PING extension has passed all the requirements in becoming official. It is now included as a full-time extension.

I know that is not Ping-Ext related, but it's the first place I've found where I can greet and hi all of you for this precious and good work u're running on.

Hehe its in the works it will be called ADC People Pietry had some ideas for a sub forum its in the suggestion box
