Openhublist updates pinger

I thought ive inform about the update that Openhublist did recently did in an effort to remove duplicates from the hub list since plenty of people add the same hub over and over again with different port settings in order to get more users.

We updated the pinger, please ensure that you have a correct hub_host set for your hub. Hubs with invalid hub_host will not be displayed on the main list.

Duplicate hubs are not allowed, such hubs will be banned.
