I dont understand the question. And about the issues, of course every program has bugs. And the best solution is to report the bugs to the developer of that project. ( each project has some kind of feedback possibility )

wouldnt it be better to just monitor the trackers already avaliable and maybe inform/report issues that could be of interest back?
