Hi,
i run a luadch test hub with adcs on port 5000. i can login (via external addy), chat, everything is fine. an user reported that he can login, but not chat. he get the message
"stored password send", he maybe get the userlist, but nothing more.
so i looked at the hub debug messages, and sometime i found something like
"HPAS HDEKSUHG" but no response from client, or the clients sended a IPAS and got the userlist, but nothing more. and when he try to reconnect he get a cid taken message, because he didnt disconnect properly.
first i thought its adcs but then on adc its the same problem. then i started adcs on port 5001, and it worked. the user had no problems. then i started ptokax on port 5000. same problem.
"stored password send". so it seems not to be a luadch problem. my question: what can that be?
the user tested different clients and it didnt work, i tested a nmdc hub and adc hub.

Re: Strange Bug
Perhaps it's a firewall, operating system or ISP problem ?
Something seems to be wrong with the port...
According to the protocol, the hub must send a GPA command ( not PAS ), with I context ( because it's from hub)
so the negotiation looks like
IGPA ...
HPAS ...
But I don't think thats the problem since ptokax has it as well...
