adc hublist source 2006

Back in 2006 i've written a php version of a adc hublist. Working through some old disks (and memory lane) . The source can now be found at github:

Anyone interested can grab/fork/update it there ..

It has a gpl-2 file license in it, but i haven't really decided where to put it under.
