Another strong update from BigMuscle
This time we see many bug fixes and many small improvements, if it is "almost perfect" as he promises I don't know yet but so far there is not a single bug report made so either everyone stopped using sdc or BM once again delivered

* added TLS support for NMDC hub connections (nmdcs://)
* changed to stable version of OpenSSL
* improved partial file sharing chunk size
* fixed displaying hub name in ADC userlist
* fixed invalid state icon in TreeListViewCtrl when using filtering
* fixed possible file corruption on crash

It might be bit weird, but as far as I know, when the change is pretty much just one false to true, then why notPietry wrote:added TLS support for NMDC hub connections (nmdcs://)
