Installing DC++ on LAN+Wifi

HELP please !!
I am an engg. student and i wants to install DC++ on my college's intranet(LAN+wifi)
how it can be done ?
Do i need server computer to do this ?
well i wants to first install it on server PC(Win server 2007/03) and then onto clients.
