Maybe it would be possible to add a line to the adc PFSR specs that the client should send a SF INF string when it finished first segment download and has the TTH root so the hub request a new BLOOM value, this string should atleast be send to all hubs that have SUP BLOM (in a timed Q or not) , if this in not done the TTH search will never reach the client in such a hub and PFSR will not work. Adding this to the spec makes sure that client devs are aware .
