The sentence "Any client that supports incoming TCPv4 connections must also add the feature TCP4 to their SU field." defines an active client in ADC. The omission of the TCP4 (and TCP6) feature means that the client is passive. Some people have expressed a desire to include a specific note about this. I am unsure of how the note shall be written, though. Should it be in a terminology listing only? Or should it be in the text, "Any client that supports incoming TCPv4 connections must also add the feature TCP4 to their SU field, and will be classified as 'active'. Omission of this feature will classify the client as 'passive'." Also, I'm unsure whether the TCP4/TCP6 notes shall be placed elsewhere to be more clear, since clients should still broadcast I4/I6...
Some opinions?
